Insisting on the sauce taste that never has changed With the clean air of the organic farm at Bomun Mountain in Daejeon, this traditional soybean paste is stubbornly made of 100% Korean ingredients by Ko and naturally aged for 4 years
Stubborn Ko's traditional soybean paste becomes rich with beneficial bacteria such as bacillus subtilis in the process of natural fermentation and aging. Stubborn Ko's soybean paste uses 5 years of bittern-removed, sun-dried, mineral-rich salt.
We do not use any wheat flour, refined salt, flavor enhancer, or seed malt. Soybean paste is made with the remaining solids after taking out soy sauce from the fermented soybean lump.
It is an essential fermented food for our dietary life.
